kelvin's milestones

kelvin now 1years 1month plus...there is so many things new that he has learn...he can say few words..listen to us...do wat we say and like to copy wat we do....only mummy is waiting is for him to walk..he is still not walking yet..can hold things and stand...move few step..but cant really walk...is my son is too late?
